Viva Wellbeing: At Work
Mental and physical wellbeing post pandemic is crucial to a healthy team who are on top of their game. Understanding stress, both at home and at work, mental ill health, triggers, and coping strategies helps teams have a healthy work-life balance that brings enthusiasm, life and determination to the fore, whilst giving people time to enjoy themselves, explore, and be at one.

Coming soon: Ayruvedic healthcare. This 5,000-year-old Indian health system is more relevant to today’s lifestyles than ever. Taking an holistic approach to the individual’s overall wellbeing it embraces all of the above under the umbrella of personal, bespoke wellness. Ayruvedic wellbeing in the workplace puts the emphasis on living healthy lives to avoid getting ill in the first place. I am studying with the Rosenberg European Academy in Berlin, which offers an incredibly well-structured and highly detailed programme to becoming an Ayruvedic physical, mental and nutritional healthcare consultant in late summer 2024. Possibly the hardest thing I’ve ever studied, it is already adding so much value to client’s health.
